Windows 8 will never warn you while moving your file to Recycle Bin. As soon as you press the Delete button windows will move it to Recycle Bin without warning you. Many people like this feature but many many doesn't. The worst disadvantage of this feature is that it will directly delete your file permanently if your Recycle Bin has no memory to store your file.

Step 1 - Right-click on Recycle Bin icon on Desktop and click on Properties.
Step 2- Now enable Display delete confirmation dialog box and click on apply button to apply the changes
Congratulations! You've done it. Now your Windows 8 will also show the delete confirmation dialog box before moving a file or folder to recycle bin.
